Shifty Shellshock’s cause of death has finally been revealed.
The Crazytown artist (real name: Seth Binzer) died from a drug overdose, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, TMZ reported on Tuesday, September 24.

The “Butterfly” singer, who died in June at age 49, had fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine in his system at the time of death, per the report.
His death has been ruled as accidental.
