Views on Gamification in mobile apps?

Gamification is something very new and interesting that product managers use to enhance their user engagement and experience.

For eg; in this world cup season, people are keen to engage in different games on apps they don't usually use for games and have fun on it. Obviously we have this intrinsic nature of competing and scoring points and rewards, which I guess works out great for PMs 😂

What are some of the game features you found to be cool and fun??
